For Rugby Driving Schools Each review is via an independent source that has used your service. We ask each reviewer to include their details and an email in order to submit a review. All reviews are manually checked and no mass-submission is allowed. What is the review is really bad? Well it shouldn't be, should it? You know you do a good job for a good price however we do know that the public can be a little 'over jealous' sometimes perhaps in the heat of the moment on a disappointing driving test failure, or even (heaven forbid) a sneaky rival posting comments and poor scores for your company. You need to check back regularly to see your comments because they will effect your ranking score. If there is a comment you would like to address then let us know via email straight away. The reviewer has to leave a name, which you may recognise and this may determine a 'reason' for the bad review. If the name doesn't look familiar, perhaps an alias has been used. We will keep a record of all email addresses relating to poor scores however we may or may not be in a situation to release the email address to you due to data protection however, we will be able to confirm whether the email is genuine or not. Can I enhance my page? Sure, send through any additional details you think would help advertise your service. At present we do not offer any links out to your website URL, but we do offer a telephone contact. So check yours is right. Some driving schools use a mobile number because you are out all day, some use a landlind number. We do prefer to offer a landline telephone number. I had a great testimonial today, can I add that to my page? Yes you can however, it must be via your official verified email address, and take it easy! Lot's of positive testimonials will look great and may boost you for a short time, but we may downgrade your score (not edit your comments) if we feel you are taking advantage.
